Delete your SHEORA account

The secure deletion flow is available in the SHEORA app:

1. Open your profile and choose Account.
2. Under Account management, choose Delete account.
3. Review the affected data and subscription information.
4. Download your data if you want a copy.
5. Re-authenticate and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app, contact us and choose “Account deletion” as the subject.
